What are UFO’s ?

The popular name for them is flying saucers. UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object. Do they really exist ? Many books have been written about them and thousand of people claim they have photographed them. And no matter what scientific investigation reveal, there will still be people who believe they exists. Studies of saucer report show that UFO’s are very different from one another. Some people report having seen flat saucers, others see saucers shaped like spheres, cigars or doughnuts. The colours of saucers seem to be as different as their size. Saucers of nearly all colours have been reported. Some seem to change colour as they are being watched. Saucers have been seen to move in every speed. They can turn at right angles, move straight up or straight down, or travel in a zigzag path. They can hang motionless in the air, and make either a hissing noise or roar. When the United States Air Force started to investigate the reports about flying saucers, it “ discovered” that people weren’t imaging what they saw. Everyone who reported a flying saucer had seen something. But what ?. In some cases, the ‘something’ was actually a weather ballon. In some other cases, it was a satellite, a cloud, a meteor, a star, a bird, a comet, a planet or firworks. It was also what are called sun dogs. These are images of the sun reflected through ice crystals. Many flying saucer stories have been traced to fireballs, which are formed by lighting. If saucers were really spaceships, there would be a certain pattern in the reports about them. But there is no such pattern. The reason is that people are not seeing spaceships but many other things. So scientist believe that there is no evidence that we are being visited, watched, or invaded by intelligent being from other woelds.

pantang larang orang tua-tua

Dari dahulu hingga kini kita diulit dengan pelbagai pantang larang orang tua-tua. Tapi adakah kita mengambilnya secara serius atau hanya sekadar mendengar sahaja. Tahukah kita kenapa nenek moyang kita melarang itu dan ini. Sesiapa yang tahu bolehlah kita kongsikan pengetahuan kita bersama, ini kerana saya amat berminat ingin tahu kenapa ?

1. Dilarang duduk atas bantal nanti buntut timbul bisul !
... saya rasa pastinya mereka takut bantal tersebut pecah, ini kerana pada zaman dahulu boleh dikatakan semua bantal yang ada disumbat kekabu dalam kainnya ( bantal kekabu).

2. Wanita dilarang baring meniarap dengan kaki diangkat ke atas nanti akan ada ahli keluarga yang meninggal !
....ini kerana pada zaman dahulu anak-anak gadis semua berkain batik, so jikalau baring meniarap maka akan kelihatanlah mana-mana tempat yang tak sepatutnya kelihatan oleh orang lain . Kan itu kurang sopan namanya. jaga kehormatanlah tu...

3. Dilarang memotong kuku diwaktu malam nanti ......... nanti kita sambung lagi..bye

Visit Malaysia 2007

Eye on Malaysia, Colours of Malaysia International Aerospace Exhibition,KL international Buskers Festival and the Mega Sales.
Then there are going to be two international music Festival-the Rainforest World Music Festival. These are among 50 major enents being organised for visit Malaysia Year 2007(VMY 20007). Beside them, each state is organising 10 to 12 event.
VMY 2007 will be offically launched on Jan 6 at Dataran Merdeka by Prime Minister.The soft opening will be on New Year's day. The efforts are to ensure that Malaysia is the preffered destination for tourist next year. This is the third Visit Malaysia Year and the goverment is going all out to make the country one of the top draws in the world for tourist.
The popular Colour of Malaysia has a fresh concept and will showcase the best of Malaysian culture, craft and cuisine for one month from May to June.
The other big event to look out for next year is Malaysia International Aerospace Exhibition at the Subang International Airport. One of the main attractions will be the Russian Space Shuttle.
